Calling the first sub-level the Hotel District might be stretching it a bit, but since this is the place where people can rent places to sleep, that's just what happened naturally. Some choose to pay extra for a room at the Blue Jawa, while others settle for the sleep-capsules available here just to have some peace and quiet away from their ships. Or for those who don't have their own ships, a place to rest their heads. Public refreshers are also available for use here, as well as a laundromat for those in need of getting some laundry done.
The Hotel District also offer a few dining places that are a bit nicer and less junkfood than those in the Red Light District, with the finest place being the Nautilus.
This deck is made to look a little bit nicer and welcoming, with a more relaxing atmosphere than that of the upper levels. Even scum and villainy need some calm once in a while.
