[Day 1 EN] A Gentleman Caller (Closed/Expecting)

"Live or dead?" He stuck his face back out and looked at Addy and the guest. "Anything for youse guys while I'm in here?"

“Mmmmmhm. Dead would be nice. It’s been a long day and I don’t want to tangle with anything that can live on a fridge.”

"Ah... nothing for me, thank you. I'm still working on my, errr, beverage." The Baron poked at the bottle with one claw.

He cleared his throat. "We were speaking compensation, were we not? Perhaps... 750 for each of you? You said four of you, right?" He looked around. "No comically small crew members around?"

"We were," she glanced from the Baron to Virillo for a moment. Crossing her arms with the bottle held off to the side a bit, resting the neck of it against herself. "We can set off within the week. Myself, Chomaron, and another. Though if you intend to pay Virillo the same as us, I wager his risk should be too."

She glanced from them, to Chomaron, "What do you think, we got a spare bunk that'll fit the body set up?"

"You'll stick to your room when we are underway, and keep there unless you're the one who's supervised," she said with a slightly harsher tone.

Shifting her attention to the Baron, "We can load it up whenever you're ready, and we'll be underway within a week. Hope that serves, but one more thing while you're here. How do you know this one, anyway? Best get that out in the air now before we finish up."

Glancing over at Virillo she paused a moment. Thinking as she took another drink, letting it sit with her, "Have you known him long then? Or was it his usual charm that won over this job?"

Chomaron came back from the galley prep area with a plate for Virillo. It had a chunk of a large fish on it. He handed it over. Meanwhile there was a tentacle attempting to escape from the left side of his jaw. It wasn't going to make it, but the attempt was a valiant one.

A few moments and a flash of teeth later all evidence of his own snack was gone. "You want sauce? It's a help yourself kinda deal."

The comedian goes off to get some hot sauce which he sprays liberally over the fish before tucking in.

"No worries pal. Don't want my sparring partner going hungry." He looked over at Addy and nodded. "Room 4's good to go. Plenty of space."

"Yeeeeeeeesssss..." Longwhisker said uncertainly, looking around.

After a few moments, he cleared his throat. "Well! Very good, then. I shall have my people deliver the crate in a few days time. Then you can scan it or whatever. Payment shall be half on receipt, half on delivery, or rather, next time you're in range of a current galactic market. Might be best to drop it on some civilized planet for that very reason."

"I'll be waiting," she said, taking up her bottle and finished it off. Setting it aside on the nearest ledge. Glancing between the other two she shook her head. "Shall I show you out for now then?" she gave a nod toward the hall out.

"No no," she holds up her hand, wags a finger at Virillo. "You stay a bit longer. We have to have a.." she glanced to Chomaron, "..family discussion. So, get comfortable a bit longer. While I see the Baron comfortably out?" she asked, looking back to the individual in question.

"Yes, well. So long as my crate is delivered, I shall be well pleased." He looked back and forth between the collected group. "The rest of your business is your business."

He cleared his throat one more time, taking up his walking stick once more. "Very well. If you'll walk me out."
