Teffa has always been a wide-open book, even more so that I like to make references to her antics off-screen sometimes. However, I'll leave this here if anyone wishes to drop a line.

Teffa has some of the best turns of phrase going on whenever I'd lurk and read her threads. Since it doesn't sound like most anyone is actually retiring, I look forward to seeing where she ends up.

I really enjoyed Teffa! I also just love writing with you as well. Was a fun character to have Addy bump into now and again. Always that easy friend you just find around places and share a pleasant chat with. Naturally- loved getting a chance to delve into helping her more when her obligation came up as well! Helped solidify the easy friend thing a bit!

Hah, yeah, Teffa is very much unlike most Chiss. I suppose she's probably a pretty bad Chiss, to be honest! I guess a bit of insight of how Teffa came to be was that I kind of always wanted to play a Chiss but didn't have a concept for one and the free rank of Cool gave me the idea of making up a gambler sort. Her Presence was pumped from a dismal 1 to a 4, so kind of swimming up the stream to break out of that mold. XD

What she might do next is probably nebulous at the moment, considering I am planning to reprise her if the game allows it. Very likely she won't have her money if she returns. I suppose it might be somewhat fitting for her to end up non the wiser and back where she started as a gambler. If it were entirely up to her, she would get a fancier ship, that's for sure. She would travel in style and spend all-day relaxing in luxury.

Thank you on several fronts! Haha, as it turns out, Teffa very much needed a friend like Addy. I kind of saw Teffa as the sort who had a habit of getting into trouble but having little ways of getting out of it. The meeting with Nok was very much tense and thankfully Addy was at her side. Hopefully, Addy won't see her too much as a trouble magnet. Teffa just wants everyone to have a good time!

Is Teffa really this chill or is there something beneath it?

Do you mean being chipper with everything? I suppose it's not really much of an act, although there is admittedly some compensating and self-reassurance attached to it. I imagine that she's partly chipper to keep her spirits up and to help maintain her 'cool' as a side effect. She's a chatterbox, keeping herself comfortable as silence is all sorts of awkward to her.

Haha, that's fine! Mean stuff and bad times build character, actually! It was interesting to see how she would do when things weren't going her way. Nok didn't take too well when she tried to joke and smile her way out, unfortunately.

She's going to herself a smooth and expensive ride, a ship with an actual full bathtub in it! A master bedroom with an ensuite, no more cramming into a bunk! I suppose afterwards, maybe get all the clothes and accessories that make her look like royalty. Pretending to be "Lady Teffa of Druzza" has a nice tone of it, especially when you're so far from Chiss space that it's hard to disprove.

I personally enjoyed the gambler spec as it allowed you to take chances and you always had a back-up plan with the reroll. I've always thought luck was a very powerful mechanic in L5R and I get an improved version every encounter! Admittedly, she's not super optimized, so she just stuck with what she did best with it was gambling and charming. I'm sure it could even be more effective in a broad generalist.

She'll likely spend or lose it all along the way before her next appearance. XD A fancy new ship, tons of clothes, maybe something uniform-esque with a cape to fit in with Alderaan types! Probably a few weeks at a spa-planet too.
