Do Encouraging Words or Interjection interact with our lovely FA events? Encouraging Words allowing me to incidentally Aid another after a failed roll and Interjection a reaction to help peeps with their roll.

Hmmmm...

If it makes sense, I'll allow it. For Day 1, I'd say Yes to the Networking Event, but No to the Gambling event.

Is there a Bounty board somewhere on the station?

Not really as such. Mostly because probably at least half of the patrons here have bounties on their head (and the workers probably too).

But it's fully possible that some people, like Nok Drayen, have jobs for those looking to pop some kneecaps or the like.

Port Nowhere follows no galactic laws or regulations, but Delcan doesn't tolerate too much trouble or mess in his place. An informal rule of neutrality is the practice, where visitors will not instigate confrontations because of business or rivalry, but that doesn't mean the occassional bar brawl, duel, or good old murder doesn't happen. Brawls and duels are tolerated, but murder is frowned upon even if it happens. It just becomes a matter of getting away with it, or not be seen doing it.

Yes.

For sake of ease, we'll say that you can only use one of them once per Event. So say for Networking, you must decide to use Encouraging Words or Interjection for your one opening.

For this game, Destiny will be restricted to 2 points per IC day per character. This limit can be upped if we feel that people are underspending Destiny. This does not apply to combat, as it's more normal there for players and GMs to spend and use Destiny more freely.

Knowledge: Core Worlds (Intellect) or Knowledge: Underworld (Intellect) against Average Difficulty for the basic info.

Note that the info is easy to find on the Holonet though, and requires no roll.

Yeah it's pretty much for fluff at this point, no real need to write things up unless they're important. I'm fine making up things like the groom's nickname during the Hapian equivalent of grade school if it actually comes up in conversation.

If planning goes the route of wanting to do something like guess their passwords or something, I think that'll be a later and much more difficult kind of roll.
